I'm a full-stack developer with 5+ years of experience shipping scalable, secure web and mobile apps. I've delivered 30+ projects across healthcare, fintech, real estate, and SaaS, and built five of my own MVPs end to end, from first commit to production.

The WaltRecruiting Analytics Platform

A solo-built HR and recruiting-analytics platform that turns messy hiring data into decisions. Upload exports from Greenhouse, Lever, or Paycor and it generates polished reports: an overall performance score, funnel and stage-conversion charts, time-to-hire trends, auto-surfaced insight cards that flag under-performing stages, and side-by-side report comparisons. Built end to end in Ruby on Rails + Hotwire (Turbo Streams + Stimulus) with Chartkick dashboards and live updates over Action Cable — Devise + OmniAuth authentication, Stripe as the payment gateway for subscriptions, Mailgun for transactional email, an ActiveAdmin back office, and one-click PDF export, deployed on AWS.

AirHivePrivate Document AI

A privacy-first AI document-intelligence platform: upload PDFs, Word, and Excel files and chat with an assistant that answers with inline citations. Fully GDPR-compliant and EU-only: files are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), PII is anonymized before it ever reaches the model, and everything runs on European infrastructure (Mistral in France, Hetzner in Germany), with no US providers, and data is never used to train models. It also imports files directly from Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive, and runs as an MCP server (query your documents from Claude or Cursor) with connectors for sources like Gmail.
